About Us
Executive Director
Courtney Smith Woodard is our Executive Director. She has been in the field of behavior analysis since 2015. During this time, she has worked in school consulting, occupational training, college-level teaching, residential instructional support, clinical therapy, financial consulting, and special needs advocacy.
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Master's Degree in Psychology, a National Board Certification in Behavior Analysis, and is a state of Alabama licensed Behavior Analyst.
She is a mother to two rowdy boys who keep her busy in her free time & offer first-hand experience to behavior interventions!
Director of Operations
Cassidy Smith is our Director of Operations. She is the voice behind our office phone and all general emails. She currently serves both of our clinics in Anniston and Piedmont, Alabama where she brings an exciting young spirit to our workplace.
Cassidy is an Alexandria High School Alumna. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Jacksonville State University in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources in 2022. She plans to continue her education in the future!
Outside of work, she takes care of her Teacup Chihuahua named "Fifi." She also enjoys hanging out with friends and taking naps!
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Sarah Green is one of our BCBAs at ABC. She has been in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2017.
She has a Master's Degree in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis, a National Board Certification in Behavior Analysis, and is a state of Alabama licensed Behavior Analyst.
Outside of work, she and her husband, Hunter, are proud parents of two boys. When they aren't working, you'll find them looking for adventure somewhere outside!
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Bethany Stracener is one of our Behavior Analysts who serves our Piedmont and Anniston branches. She has been in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2019. She has worked in multiple settings such as in-home, school consulting, and clinic based services.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Master’s degree in ABA, a national board certification in Behavior Analysis and is a state of Alabama licensed Behavior Analyst.
Bethany has been married to her husband, Lee for thirteen years and they have three children, Bree, Tre, and Eli. In her free time Bethany stays busy with her children's sports and activities. Bethany is also active in her church and volunteers with local ministries.
Clinical Supervisor
Sarah Gilmer is one of our Supervisors and Technicians. She currently serves Cleburne and Randolph County schools where she is adored for her hard-work, dedication, and willingness to help any teacher, administrator, or student.
Sarah is a Piedmont High school Alumna. She received her Bachelor’s from Young Harris College where she also played Basketball. She then continued her education at Jacksonville State University where she received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis.
When she isn’t working, she is a mom of two precious children, and a wife to her husband, Landon. You’ll find her at the ball field or serving her church in her off time!
Registered Behavior Technician Training Coordinator
Alex Russell is one of our lead technicians. She currently serves our outpatient clinic, Calhoun, Cleburne, and Talladega County Schools where she is adored for her exciting spirit, ability to adapt, and willingness to help others in any situation.
Alex currently holds a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. She has worked in the field for 3 years. Alex is in college to pursue her career as a BCBA!
When she isn’t working, she is a mother to her precious little girl, and a wife to her husband, Hunter. You can find her doing something artsy, or with a book!
Office Assistant
Shaylynn Forsyth is an alumna of Munford High School. She currently attends Gadsden State where she is pursing a degree in Office Administration.
Shaylynn's favorite part of her position is getting to interact with our learners and watch their growth! She believes in God’s plan for her life, and He is her top priority.
Outside of work you can find her reading a book, going on a run, or involved in Church. She also enjoys being a mom to her pet fish, Ezra!
Registered Behavior Technician
Macie Bryant is an alumna of Pleasant Valley High School. She currently attends Jacksonville State University where she is pursing a degree in Education. She is set to graduate in 2025.
She received her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in July 2023 and has quickly become a huge asset to our team.
Outside of work you will find her out with friends, at a concert, or traveling! She also loves spending time and taking care of her miniature Daschund, Sammie!
Registered Behavior Technician
Auburn Mobley was born and raised in Anniston, AL. She graduated from Walter Wellborn High School in 2015 and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Forensic Investigations from JSU in 2019.
She's been an RBT for two and a half years. She loves reaching new milestones with her clients and watching them exceed all expectations.
Auburn has been married to her husband, Jake, for almost 4 years, and they have 2 daughters, Willow and Juniper. They also have a tiny zoo of animals (2 dogs, 3 cats, a rabbit and a turtle). When she's not working, she loves reading/listening to books or playing and exploring with her girls.

Shaye Warren graduated from Walter Wellborn High School. After High School, she graduated from Ayers State with her degree in Business and Cosmetology. She has worked in the Cosmetology field for 28 years.
She has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2020. She believes the ABA field is one of the most rewarding.
When she's not at work, she loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys following her two grandchildren around to baseball and cheernastic events!

Meaghan Seales is an alumna of Sacred Heart, and currently resides in Lincoln, Alabama. She is presently serving the kiddos at our clinic in Anniston.
She is a proud autism mommy! She has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 2 years after falling in love with the ABA field. She plans to become a BCBA one day!
When she's not working, she loves spending time with her husband and her six children on their farm. She also enjoys curling up with a good book, traveling, and horse back riding.

Lindsay Adams is a Pleasant Valley High School alumna. She was raised on Lookout Mountain, a stone's throw away from Noccalula Falls. She came to make Jacksonville her home to raise her family after meeting her husband, Zane, with whom she now has four children.
She has been a substitute teacher for several years with Calhoun County Schools, and after finding her passion for working with special needs children, she decided to become an RBT. She could not imagine a more fulfilling job than helping children overcome obstacles and celebrating their everyday achievements.
When not at work, she balances her time between volunteering at church, PVHS band which two of her children are members of, and spending lots of quality time with her family.
Behavior Technician
Gracie Ponder graduated from Munford High School in 2021. She graduated from the University of West Georgia with her Bachelors of Science in Psychology in July 2024.
She is currently working towards receiving her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and she plans to become a BCBA. She is attending Purdue Global where she should complete her degree in a year's time!
When she's not at work, Gracie enjoys her position as a volunteer cheer coach for the Munford Recreation Program. Her hobbies include reading, watching tv, spending time with her family, and loving on her fur baby, Paisley.

Alex Threatt, also known as Lexi, graduated from Munford High School. She is currently furthering her education in hopes to receive her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology!
After her undergrad, she plans to work on her Master's Degree and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst! She presently serves our kiddos at the Anniston clinic.
Outside of work you can find her with her husband and their precious baby girl, Lainey! They love to spend time together and make memories!

Kari Blackmon is a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelors of Arts in English and a Minor in Communications.
She has 3 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician and has grown to love the field so much, she is currently working on her masters degree to become a BCBA.
Outside of work, she is a mother to her sweet little girl, a spunky dog, and an orphaned squirrel. She is excited to further her education and fulfill God’s plan for her life.
Behavior Technician
Raley Keith graduated from Munford High School in 2018 and presently works at our Anniston clinic.
Raley plans to finish college in the future. She is a firm believer in God’s plan for her life. Raley has worked with kids for the past 3 years at Munford Elementary school as a pre-k teacher. She is very excited for her new career and what God has in store for her future.
When not at work, Raley loves being on the boat at the lake with the people she loves. Her hobbies include reading books, cuddling with her dogs, spending time with family and friends, and watching sports.

Ashley Blackmon is an Ohatchee High School Alumna. She graduated from JSU with a degree in Secondary Education in 2017. She works in both our Anniston and Piedmont Clinic.
Ashley taught public middle and high school for seven years. She started at ABC in July 2024 and has also begun coursework toward her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Clemson University. She so thankful to have made the transition from the classroom to behavior therapy!
Ashley is married to the love of her life, Quintin, and they have two children - Walker (4) and Loretta (3). They are members of Grace Fellowship. In her free time, she loves to read, cook, play outside, and spend time with her babies!

Kimber Collett has grown up in Munford, Alabama. She graduated high school from Munford in 2023.
Kimber has been working with children since 2022 as a daycare teacher. She is excited for her future in this field of work. Working with special needs kids has always been a passion of hers!
In her free time, she enjoys going to church and being with my friends, family, and boyfriend. She's very involved in the youth ministry at my church. Kimber's hobbies include reading, shopping, and going to coffee shops!
